Where do I find my nearest retailer?
Please visit our boutiques page to find your nearest Rue De Seine retailer.
How far in advance should I order my gown?
We ask for 6 months advance ordering to be able to guarantee delivery of your gown. This time allows for ordering fabric, making your gown and alterations. Once you have decided on the perfect dress we take a 50% non-refundable deposit.
What size dresses do you carry?
We use the UK standard sizing system and all gowns can be ordered in sizes 6 through 16.
How do I book a fitting at the Rue De Seine flagship store?
What does a fitting involve and how much does it cost?
Fittings cost $75 and last approximately one and a half hours. During that time you will be one on one with a Rue De Seine stylist who will help you find your perfect silhouette.
We have seating room for up to 4 of your guests so please bring along family and/or friends to help you with the big decision. Please note that we do not allow any photos during fittings so please try to arrange for anyone that needs to see the dress before the big day to be present.
If you already have the shoes and/or undergarments that you intend to wear on the big day then please bring them.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We have retailers in a wide range of locations worldwide where you can try on your gown and then have it delivered, click here to see your nearest boutique and contact them to arrange delivery.
If you are not located near one of our stockists then we can deliver worldwide from our head office, for enquiries please email email@example.com
What is a trunk show?
A Trunk Show is a special in-store event, lasting 1-3 days where you can view and buy the Rue De Seine latest collection dresses (often months before it hits the store). Our designers are usually at the store during a trunk show. If you find the dress of your dreams at a Trunk Show, be prepared to make a decision that day, as the gown will not always be in store once the trunk show is over.
Will I need alterations?
We will order the dress as close to your current size as possible, either based on the sample that you try on in store or using your body measurements. Most dresses will require alterations to give the perfect fit for your big day. We have recommended tailors who are familiar with our styles who we can put you in touch with.
