All Rue de Seine gowns are cut, constructed and finished in Auckland, New Zealand. Allowing the design team to have complete control over quality specifications and processes. Each gown goes through rigirous quality checks to ensure our product is of top quality
If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need (6 months) you will need to contact the Rue De Seine team to discuss your options. firstname.lastname@example.org
We use the UK standard sizing system and all gowns can be ordered in sizes 6 through 14. Some styles are able to be made outside of this range so please contact your retailer or email email@example.com for further information.
Your stylist can help you with this decision, all retailers have been provided with size guides and the required information to make an informed decision. If our retailers have any queries they can contact us to receive a second opinion from the design team.
If you are ordering by direct sale we have a great system in place to make you feel as confident and comfortable as possible. What we do is send you a measurement sheet showing you what measurements we need and how to take them.
Using your measurements we determine the best size for you, we can also organise a Skype session with one of our stylists to explain it all or even take the measurements with you.
Once you have decided on the perfect dress we take a 50% non-refundable deposit. We then order all your fabrics which usually takes between 1 and 3 months. It then takes us approx 2 months to make your dress and we like to allow 1 month for alterations. Thus we ask for 6 months advance ordering to be able to guarantee delivery of your dress (unless otherwise specified)
We will firstly put you in contact with your nearest retailer so that hopefully you can try on the dress. But if this is not possible then yes, we deliver worldwide. We have a great system in place for brides that don’t have access to a Rue De Seine retailer.

We will order the dress as close to your current size as possible, either based on the sample that you try on in store or using your body measurements. Most dresses will require alterations to give it a perfect fit for the big day. We have recommended tailors who are familiar with each one of our styles who we can put you in touch with.
A Trunk Show is a special in-store event, lasting one to three days, where you can view and buy the Rue De Seine latest collection dresses (often months before it hits the store). Our designers are usually at the store during a trunk show. If you find the dress of your dreams at a Trunk Show, be prepared to make a decision that day, as the gown will not always be in store once the trunk show is over.
You can come into the store anytime during opening hours which are Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm. If you would like to try on the dresses you will need to book a fitting
You can either book this directly with a stylist in store, call us on (+64)(09) 529 9367 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Fittings cost $75 and last approximately one and a half hours. During that time you will be one on one with a Rue de Seine stylist who will help you find your perfect silhouette. This gives you enough time to try on anything from the current Rue de Seine Collection.
We have seating room for up to 4 of your guests so please bring along family and/or friends to help you with the big decision. Please note that we do not allow any photos during fittings so please try to arrange for anyone that needs to see the dress before the big day to be present.
If you already have the shoes and/or undergarments that you intend to wear on the big day then please bring them.
Proper storage of wedding gowns is very important to ensure that the original appearance of the gown is preserved and that damage is prevented. It is important to select a storage area that is cool, dark, dry and free from heat, moisture and insects.
Rue De Seine will supply all local brides with a breathable garment bag. Please ensure you keep your gown in this bag before and after the wedding for preservation. We suggest having your gown dry-cleaned prior to storage as watermarks and perspiration can yellow over time. We will be more than happy to point you in the right direction of our recommended dry cleaners.

Rue de Seine in St. Germain Des Pres is one of the most sought after streets in Paris and the vision behind our collection’s effortlessly romantic style.
It was this very neighborhood which inspired Rue De Seine’s designer to create the label after living, working, and celebrating her own wedding on this beautiful Parisian street. The neighborhood is infamous for being the meeting place for artists and celebrities and is the inspiration to RUE DE SEINE’s bohemian style.
